The specific objectives of this second phase are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Develop the content of an evidence-based training program (<a href=\"https:\/\/sims.chaire.ulaval.ca\/en\/projets\/analysis-of-the-training-needs-of-quebec-coaches-on-the-subject-of-athlete-abuse\/\">based on Phase 1 of the \u00c9TIC project<\/a> and scientific literature) aimed at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving knowledge about violence in sports and its manifestations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demystifying and deconstructing certain prejudices surrounding violence against athletes: physical contact, consent, boundaries in the coach-athlete relationship, etc. ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deconstruct beliefs regarding psychological violence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote behavioral change by equipping coaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Implement a pilot project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Evaluate the implementation of the pilot project among:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Those implementing the training;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those receiving the training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funding entity<\/strong> : Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Researchers<\/strong>: Sylvie Parent, Jeannine Ohlert, Leen Haerens, Emilie Belley-Ranger, Allyson Gillard, \u00c9milie Lemelin, Stephanie Radziszewski, Andrea J.
