The project also examines the perspectives of the coaches who work with them. The findings will be used to inform a collaborative process of developing tools tailored to the realities of sports communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specific objectives of this study are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To understand how masculinity norms and sports culture influence experiences of violence, the reporting of such experiences, and the well-being of young athletes;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To document the experiences and perspectives of young men aged 14 to 25, as well as those of coaches working in community sports in Quebec;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To collaboratively develop, based on the knowledge generated by this research, tools tailored to the realities of sports settings in order to contribute to safer environments that are more attentive to mental health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funding entity<\/strong> : Foundation Movember Canada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Researchers\u00a0<\/strong>: Stephanie Radziszewski, Sylvie\u00a0Parent, Corentin Montiel, Andrea J.
