Stephanie Radziszewski
Stephanie Radziszewski is an assistant professor of physical education. She holds a PhD in community psychology from the University du Québec à Montréal and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Université Laval’s Research Chair in Safety and Integrity in Sports.
Her research focuses on integrity and fairness in sports from a socio-ecological perspective. Her work focuses on two areas. The first examines the role of social norms in the dynamics of violence and safety in sport, particularly in relation to gender perspectives and the experiences of parasport athletes. The second focuses on the analysis and improvement of organisational mechanisms related to integrity in sport, including complaint processes and violence prevention mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to structures for the development and support of officials in the sporting context. She favours participatory research and program evaluation approaches, conducted in collaboration with the sporting community.
