This research project will document the context of victimization in sport experienced by sexual minority youth. This project will attempt to answer the following research questions:
1) What are the experiences of hetero-normativity victimization (e.g., racism) that youth face?
2) How do these experiences of victimization affect the social well-being and empowerment of youth?
3) What factors moderate and influence the impact of victimization on youth social well-being and empowerment?
