The purpose of this study is to reach a consensus on future research priorities in the area of safeguarding athletes from interpersonal violence in sport through a Delphi survey of researchers in this field. This will lead to the publication of an article that will identify gaps in the literature, which will encourage researchers and students to focus on these issues.
